I’m a fun-loving and down-to-earth person, and in my spare time can normally be found enjoying the outdoors with my family. I also enjoy keeping the memory of my Mum alive by whipping up some of her greatest kitchen hits and I have to say, I think my mouth-watering desserts & dishes will make her proud.

 

I love to spend time with my horse, Charlie – a very big and handsome Belgian Warmblood who likes a lot of attention! My daughter, Georgia, is a great rider too, and we spend a lot of time together sharing this passion and introducing Charlie to new playgrounds – he especially loves the beach at St Andrews, one of my favourite places.

 

While my daughter and I love the wind through our hair while riding on four legs, our daft Dalmatian, Draco, completes the family, along with Benjy our black cat. Benjy is definitely the more chilled of the 2 whereas Draco keeps us on our toes and encourages us to play outdoors a lot, whatever the weather – for him, the more mud the better!
